The exhibition reunites the works of Yevgeny Petrov, an artist from Ukraine, living and working in Odessa. Yevgueny Petrov reappropriates the Soviet ideological inventory to create paradoxical and explosive images. They highlight the fragility and the decline of the ideological construction which is inspiring to the eternity.
Clémence Van Lunen’s sculptures in enameled ceramics depict the waterfalls and the vast landscapes of China. They resonate with the pictures of Leonid Tishkov inspired by the futurist utopia of the Russian poet V. Khlebnikov.
